1 pkg. of Ritz crackers crushed
1 t. salt
1/2 t. garlic powder
2 t. Cajun SPice
2 t. lemon pepper
1 T. flour
4 fillets of favorite fresh water fish
milk and egg

Directions:
Directions:
Dip fillets in egg diluted slightly with milk. Dredge in cracker mixture and fry in fairly good amount of hot oil.
