4-6 fillets
1 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 C. softened butter or margarine
6 T. mayonnaise
1/4 C. finely chopped onion
3 T. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients thoroughly.
Poach fillets 4 -5 min. in a skillet of lightly simmering water.
Drain fillets and place in a single layer in a baking dish.
Spoon cheese mixture over fillets. Place in preheated oven and broil 2 -3 min. or until cheese mixture browns.
