32 oz. bag of southern style hash browns
10 3/4 oz. cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
2 C. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 C. melted butter
2 C. crushed cornflakes

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in 9 X 13 in. pan (except 1/4 C. butter and cornflakes). Top with butter and cornflakes. Bake 1 hour at 350º.
