1/3 lb. carrots per person (for 10 people/ 1- 12 in. Dutch Oven). Cut carrots into 3-4 in. sticks
1/2 stick butter
1/2 C. brandy

Directions:
Directions:
Place carrots in Dutch Oven with small amount of water, cover and cook about 20 min. (till they can be pierced with a fork). Do not overcook!

Drain, add butter and brandy. Cook uncovered over high heat, tossing frequently until lightly browned.
