6 slices bacon
1 medium yellow onion
1-2 cloves garlic
3 cans creamed corn
2 cans yellow kernel corn, drained
6 Yukon gold potatoes
1 can evaporated milk
8 c chicken broth
1 bunch celery

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and quarter potatoes, chop celery and place in soup pot and cover with chicken broth. Include the celery leaves. Cover and boil until tender. In a skillet, cook bacon and set aside to drain. Chop onion and garlic, and saute in the bacon grease. Remove onion and garlic from grease and add it to the potatoes. Add the corn, then crumble bacon into the pot. Simmer. When soup begins to bubble, add evaporated milk and cook on low until warm through.
