2 lbs ground lean beef
1/2 c onion
1/3 c green bell pepper (optional)
3 slices white bread
1 egg
1 c ketchup
1/4 c yellow mustard
1/4 c ketchup

1/4 c ketchup
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef and bread together. Add egg (beaten well). Add onion, green bell pepper, ketchup, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour into greased casserole dish and shape into loaf. Spread about 1/4 c ketchup over top of meat loaf. Cook in 350º degree oven for about 45 minutes. Cool, slice and enjoy!
