1 3oz. pkg.cream cheese
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 can eagle brand condensed milk
2 egg yolks
2 T sour cream (optional only if you have it on hand)
1 cooked pie crust

Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Add each ingredient one at a time, beating until well blended after each. Pour into cooked pie shell and top with meringue
