Potatoes (3 pounds)
1 onion
Several little cucumbers (canned in vinegar with spices)
4 tablespoons of vinegar
4 tablespoons of oil (e.g sunflower, olive, pumpkin)
1 cup of beef soup or vegetable soup (whatever is available)
Salt and pepper
Some fresh parsley and/or chives

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potatoes for about 30 minutes and then rinse them with cold water
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
Cut the onion and the cucumbers into small pieces and mix it with the vinegar, oil, soup, parsley and chives
Pour this mixture over the potatoes
Season with salt and pepper and stir it
