1 box yellow cake mix (baked as directed in 9x13 Pan)
4 c Cool Whip
1 c milk
1 c coconut
1 c sugar
Directions:

Bake cake according to package directions.

Let cake cool in pan for about 10 minutes. Mix milk, coconut and sugar in small bowl. Prick top of cake with fork. Pour mixture evenly over cake. Cool completely. Frost cake with Cool Whip. Sprinkle additional coconut over top of Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated.
