5 or 6 heads escarole
1 large can chicken broth
6 cherry peppers seeded and cut into pieces
1/4 lb prosciutto
4 cloves garlic crushed
1/2 c olive oil
salt and pepper
Flavored bread crumbs
Italian grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Clean greens at least 3 times in cold water...Put into a very large pan with chicken broth...Let cook until completely wilted down...Drain in colander...
In a large skillet add olive oil, prosciutto, cherry peppers, crushed garlic..Add drained greens mix throughly...Add breadcrumbs to soak up any liquid
and grated cheese...
