2 oz shrimp
3 oz crabmeat
Saute in sherry and butter.
Put in clamshells. Cover in mornay sauce.

Put grated Swiss cheese on top and brown.

Mornay Sauce:
2 Tb. butter
2 Tb. flour
1 c. poaching liquid
1 c. cream
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
Melt butter in pan, stir in flour and cook until bubbling. Remover from heat. gradually stir in poaching liquid and cream. Continue to cook until thickened. Stir in cheese and add seasonings to taste.
