Directions:
Take half of a small beef roast and slice into thin beef strips, like shoestrings. Shake pepper and beef tenderizer on beef strips. In a hot skillet sprayed with nonstick coating, sizzle beef strips until done. Remove from pan. Reduce heat to low and add about 2 T of butter into same skillet. Add one chopped onion and slowly saute until onions are limp. Add sliced green bell pepper and cook until peppers have lost their crisp. Turn heat off. Add in about 3 cups of cooked white rice, 2 - 3 T of Worcestershire sauce, and 1 T thick teriyaki glaze and salt and pepper to taste. You can add fresh or canned mushrooms and corn if you would like for more variety.

Mom made this when when only wanted to use two big dishes for dinner. Still love it to this day.
