4-6 butterfly pork chops
3 cups buttermilk
2 cups flour
S & P
Pillsbury Grand frozen biscuits
Gravy:
1/4 c grease from pork chops
3 tbsp flour
add milk to thicken

Directions:
Directions:
Soak pork chops in buttermilk for 2 hours in fridge. Coat pork chops with flour and salt and pepper mixture. Set for 10 minutes. Fry using Crisco oil in fry pan, brown on each side. Cut one to check if done inside. Prepare biscuits as directed. Gravy, combine ingredients stirring constantly.
