1 Delves food Cake mix.
1 can condensed sweetened milk
1 jar (17oz) Mrs Richardson's Butterscotch Caramel topping. (or your choice of butterscotch caramel topping).
4 regular size heath bars
1 tub coolwhip 16to 32 0z

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake as directed using oblong pan.
Let cake cool about 5 minutes. Using the handle of a spoon or fork poke holes in the cake. Pour milk over the holes then the caramel topping.
Let cool.
Spread coolwhip on cake.
Crush candy bars and sprinkle over the cake.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
