1 bag (reg.size) carrots
1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
3Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut up carrots in circles. Cook on stove with enough water to cover them for about 10 minutes. Keep it covered. After carrots are fork tender, drain. Put carrots in blender with margarine. Puree it to the consistency of baby food. Add other ingredients. Mix in blender. Pour into well greased casserole (13 by 9 ) inches. Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes. Should be firm.
