2 eggs slightly beaten
1 can 16 oz solid pack pumpkin
¾ c sugar
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. cloves
1 ½ c evaporated. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine filling ingredients in order given. Pour into pie crusts. Bake in a preheated 425º oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º. Bake an additional 45 min or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Use a 9" unbaked crust. Will make 2 shallow pies or 1 deep one.
