1 1/2 pound partially frozen deer meat
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
several dashes hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat in 1/4 inch thick slices. Mix all other ingredients together and allow meat to soak in mixture 16 to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Then hang in oven 6 - 8 hours at 150º with door ajar. Or in dehydrator for approximately 6 hours.
