2 to 3 pound round steak, cut in bite size pieces
2 bell peppers, chopped
2 Jalapeņo peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic, chopped
3 small cans of tomato sauce
3 to 4 cans of water

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer steak in large skillet while chopping other ingredients. Add tomato sauce, water and vegetables to steak and simmer for 30 - 45 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Eat with refried beans rolled up in flour tortillas.
