3 Boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 lb Hamburger Meat
1 15oz Can Corn
Shredded Cheese
Jalapenos (sliced, pickled)
1 pkg Taco Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat in skillet. Drain grease and add taco seasoning. Set aside.
Mix 1 box of corn bread & pour in cast iron skillet.
Pour Hamburger meat on corn bread mix.
Drain corn and pour on top of meat.
Sprinkle cheese on top of corn.
Mix 2 boxes of corn bread mix and pour on top making sure to cover all other ingredients.
Place several sliced jalapenos on top.
Bake 25 minutes @ 400º or until golden brown.
