8 lbs. tomatoes
6 cups chopped onions
2 cups chopped green peppers
3 jalapeņo peppers (use 6 for real hot), seeded & chopped
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup vinegar
4 teaspoons oregano
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Scald and peel tomatoes. Squash tomatoes. Add all ingredients. Bring to a boil and or till it thickens a little. Put in jars and put into large kettle and cover with water. Boil for 30 minutes.
