3/4 lb. walleye or substitute fillets
1 tbsp margarine or butter, softened
4 thin red onion slices
4 thin lemon slices
2 tbsp sliced almonds
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp white or lemon pepper
paprika

Prepare grill for medium direct heat. Grease center of 20 x 18-inch sheet of heavy-duty foil with margarine. Arrange 2 slices each of red onion and lemon over margarine. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp. almonds and half of green onions. Arrange fillets in a single layer over onions, almonds, and lemon. Top with remaining red and green onions, lemon, and almonds. Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Fold long sides of foil together in locked folds, fold and crimp short ends. Place packet on cooking grate and grill, covered, for 11-15 minutes.
