1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. port wine
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. sliced green onions
4-6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seed
1 lbs salmon filets, skin on

In small mixing bowl, combine marinade ingredients. Reserve 1/4 c. marinade, cover and chill. Arrange fillets in a single layer in a baking dish. Pour remaining marinade over fillets, cover with plastic wrap and chill 3 hours, turning fillets occasionally.

Spray cooking grate with non-stick vegetable spray. Prepare grill for medium direct heat. Drain and discard marinade from fish. Arrange fillets on grill, and grill, covered for 5 minutes. Turn and grill 3-5 minutes longer. Baste with reserved marinade.
