2 1/2 cups sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 cups blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and egg. Sift dry ingredients. Add the flour mixture and milk alternately, beating until smooth. Fold in floured blueberries (just toss them in a bit of flour) gently. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a 10 inch pan or angle food cake pan. Sprinkle sugar on top of cake prior to baking.
