1 box sugar cookie mix or a pillsbury sugar cookie dough
5 or 6 granny smith apples
1 bottle of caramel apple ice cream topping
chopped nuts
1 can sprite or 7up
Directions:
Directions:
Bake the sugar cookie on a round pizza pan (or rectangle is fine). Let cool completely. Slice the apples thinly and rinse them in the sprite (this will keep them from turning brown). Drain the apples then arrange them across the pizza pie. Drizzle the caramel apple topping over the top. Sprinkle nuts over the top or over just half if you want to leave some without. Slice and serve. Tastes like a caramel apple!
