3-31/2 lbs. chicken
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cup rice
1 - 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 cup water
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
salt & pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, melt butter and brown chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Remove chicken from skillet. Reduce heat to simmer and add rice. Combine soup, water and bouillon. Pour 1/2 over rice. Replace chicken and pour remaining soup over it. Cover and simmer 35-40 minutes until chicken is done.
