Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This cookie dough is very versatile. You may add 1/2 c cocoa for 1/4 c flour for chocolate cookies. I have used lemon flavoring and a little lemon zest in the dough and then topped the cookies before baking with a little lemon zest for the best lemon cookies you've ever tasted. This recipe doubles perfectly. Use your imagination on this one...the sky is the limit. This recipe was given to me by Sally-Page Stuck of the Friends of Maurice group on FaceBook...check them out. They're a great group of foodies!
