1 cup shortening
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 8oz can of crushed pineapple
2 eggs beaten
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add pineapple, eggs and lemon juice. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Drop by spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet

Bake at 350*---no time given, just keep an eye on them.
