Stew meat, cubed
Onion, chopped
Bell Peppers, chopped
Pepper to taste
Marinade

Mix all the ingredients together and wrap in tin foil. Place in coals and cook over the fire. Check on it periodically, and it's ready when the meat's done.

This a standard Wyoming campfire meal.
