1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Combine the biscuit mix and sugar in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl beat the egg, milk and vegetable oil together. Pour the egg mixture into a large bowl and stir together. Add the white chocolate chips and the cranberries. Sprinkle a small amount of biscuit mix on a cutting board and knead the dough a few times and flatten dough to about a half-inch thick. Cut out the scones from the dough and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Scones should be raised and lightly browned.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
John has made this recipe since middle school (extra credit in band class!) and loves it since it's sweeter than most scones. Lots of variations are possible: brown sugar, regular chocolate chips, other dried fruits, coconut, etc.. We've used frozen Alaskan wild cranberries and they're great (of course). ~Ann
