1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. fine bread crumbs or corn flake crumbs
1/2 c. shredded cheddar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Accent
3 whole chicken breasts
Directions:
Directions:
Add garlic to oil, let stand 20 minutes. Mix crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, and Accent. Dip chicken in flavored oil and roll in seasoned crumbs. Place in a baking dish . Sprinkle with remaining oil and a little more cheese. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes, uncovered.
