3 lbs. flank steak
1 tsp. MSG
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. Allegro Hickory Smoked Marinade

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle both sides of meat with MSG. Place in shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients and marinate for 3-4 hours.
Place meat on grill 6 inches from heat. Grill both sides 7-10 minutes over medium heat. Slice meat thinly against grain.
Boil remaining marinade to pour over meat to serve.
