4 large chicken breasts
1 medium onion, sliced
4-6 whole cloves
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. water
1/2 lb. spaghetti
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated sharp cheddar
1/4 c. dry sherry
1 pt. sliced mushrooms
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated parmesan
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients and cook over low heat 30-40 minutes. Remove chicken and cool; save broth. Cut chicken into 1" pieces. Cook spaghetti and drain. Mix soup, sour cream, cheese, sherry, and pepper in a saucepan and stir over low heat but do not boil. Cook mushrooms in reserved broth approximately 10 minutes. Mix all together in a casserole dish, sprinkle with parmesan and dot with butter. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Can be frozen- bake 1-1 and 1/4 hour at 350º, cover 1st 1/2 hour.
