½ c evaporated milk
1 ¼ c angel flake coconut
¼ c butter or margarine
1 c sugar
3 eggs (beaten)
1 t vanilla flavoring
1 (9 inch) pastry shell (unbaked)

Directions:
Pour milk over coconut and set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Add coconut mixture. Pour in pastry shell. Bake in preheated oven at 350º for 35 minutes or until brown.
