8 slices bread
1 1/2 lb ground breakfast sausage or links
3/4 lb cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 1/4 cup milk
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Remove crust from bread, cube. Fry sausage, drain. Layer bread, cheese, sausage in a 9 x 13 pan. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour over layers. Spoon soup over top.

Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for one hour.

When all the Lees came to Alaska for a motor home trip around the state, this was an easy breakfast. It was served at Patrick Joseph's Baptism reception with moose sausage. It was also on the menu for the Ivishak adventurers before they left for the north slope.
