1/4 cup butter
1 lb. shrimp
1 green pepper, chopped
4 scallions
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
Hot Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute shrimp in butter with the pepper and scallions until shrimp are done. Stir in curry powder, heavy cream and pineapple chunks. Cover; cook 5 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
