1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 12 oz. candy melts (white chocolate)

Place Oreo cookies into a large bag and smash them up into fine pieces. Microwave the cream cheese until soft (approximately one minute). Mix smashed Oreo cookies with soften cream cheese in a large bowl. Roll mixture into small balls. Place in the freezer for a half hour. Melt white chocolate candy in the microwave or double-boiler. Dip cookie balls into melted chocolate. After the chocolate sets, you can place them in a bowl or small treat bags. Store them in the refrigerator until you serve them.

I wear gloves both when rolling the cookie balls and also when putting the chocolate on them.

They become creamer after sitting in the refrigerator over night.
