Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Fresh Jalapenos 2-3 inches long
Cream Cheese ( softened )
Bacon, sliced into thirds

Directions:
Directions:
Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise. With a spoon, remove the seeds and white membrane (leave a little if you like it hot). Smear cream cheese into each pepper half. Wrap pepper with bacon piece and secure with a toothpick. (At this point you can freeze them uncooked in a ziplock bag for later use).
Bake on a pan with a rack at 375-degrees for 20-25 minutes. You don't want the bacon to shrink so much it starts to squeeze the pepper. If after 20 minutes the bacon doesn't look brown enough, just turn on the broiler for a couple of minutes to finish it off. Great either hot or at room temperature. Enjoy
