2 c. brown sugar
2 T. flour
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
2 c. milk
2 bananas peeled and sliced
1 c. chopped Spanish peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together the brown sugar, flour, salt and eggs until the eggs are well incorporated and sugar is dissolved. Continue to stir and slowly add the milk until mixture thickens. This will take 20-30 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely. Then, in a glass serving bowl, layer pudding, sliced bananas and peanuts. Chill.
