Half a loaf sourdough bread
1/4 of a cup of butter
Chopped garlic
A mix of Monterey jack, Colby and mozzarella cheese
Marinara sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the bread in half. Mix butter and garlic together. Spread the mix on top of the bread. Sprinkle the cheeses and put in oven for about ten minutes on 375º. Cook the marinara sauce and use as dipping sauce for bread. Cut the cheese bread into easy to eat pieces.
