1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tb. paprika
4 Tb. sesame seeds
2 chicken breast ( or 4 legs)
1/4 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
beat egg and milk together. combine flour, baking powder, salt, paprika and sesame seeds in a large plastic bag. Dip the chicken pieces in egg mixture and then shake in flour mixture. Place chicken skin-up in small baking dish. Pour melted butter over and bake in preheated 350 degree oven until done. 45 -60 minutes.
