1 lb Hamburger
1 16oz Stewed tomatoes
1 Onion - cubed
1 Green Pepper - cubed
1 c Uncooked Rice
1 tsp. Chili Powder
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with onion and green pepper. Add tomatoes and chili powder and mix. Salt and pepper to taste. Add uncooked rice and baked covered 45 minutes at 350º stirring occasional.

This recipe is from my friend Barbara McLawhon. I cooked it all the time when Earl and I were first married. It is easy to throw together and throw in the oven.
