8 Chicken Thighs or 4 Chicken Breasts
8 T Margarine
9-12 oz box of Cornflakes
Salt & Pepper

Pat chicken pieces dry with paper towels. Pour cornflakes into a brown paper bag (a paper bag from the grocery store works good). Using a rolling pin on outside of bag, crush cornflakes till finely crushed. Melt margarine in small bowl large enough to will a piece of the chicken. Dip chicken in melted margarine and then in crushed cornflakes one piece at a time. Place cornflake coated pieces on large foil lined cookie sheet making sure pieces do not touch. Sprinkle heavily with salt and sprinkle on some pepper. Bake 400º
