1 c. butter softened
8 T. confectioner's sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 t. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Mix all ingredients together with a stand mixer until well blended. Roll dough into small round balls. Place on parchment paper lined cookie sheets about 1 inch apart. You can get 20-30 balls on one large sheet. Bake for 10-12 min. until lightly browned. Cool completely on wire racks. Roll in confectioner's sugar. I like to serve these in the mini paper cupcake liners.
