1 - 8 oz. cream cheese - softened
1 stick butter - softened
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda

Topping:
1 cup flour
1/3 to 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup confectionary sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons butter
3-4 tablespoons cinnamon

Glaze:
2-3 cups confectionary sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-2 tablespoons butter - melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cream cheese together, add eggs, milk and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder. Combine flour mixture with cream cheese mixture. Spread into greased 9X13 pan.

Topping:
Combine topping ingredients with fork or pastry cutter into small pieces. Sprinkle on top of batter and cut some into the batter for streusel like effect. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Glaze:
Mix together and spread as glaze over cakes.
