1 devil's food cake mix
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup butter
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 T vanilla
1/4 cup milk
dipping dark chocolate
dipping white chocolate (optional, for drizzling)

Directions:
Directions:
Make and bake cake mix according to directions on box. While cake is baking, mix together the butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk - mix well until smooth. When cake is done, immediately break apart and dump into a large mixing bowl. Add the cream cheese mixture and mix well while cake is still hot.

Option #1) While mixture is still warm, take a small ice cream scoop and scoop balls onto parchment paper over a cookie sheet.

Option #2) Refrigerate mushy mixture overnight and roll into balls the next morning.

Finishing for both options: Dip balls in melted dipping chocolate. After coating is dry, drizzle with melted white chocolate. Bites should be eaten shortly after dipping. (Cake bits -- before dipping -- can be refrigerated or frozen until you need them)

Personal Notes:
You may substitute your favoriate cake mix -- Spice or German Chocolate are yummy!! Double the recipe because they disappear quickly!
