1 3/4 cups + 1 tablespoon whole wheat bread
4 1/2 cups cubed white bread
1 1/4 lbs. ground turkey sausage
1 cup + 3 tablespoons chopped onion
3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons chopped celery
1 tablespoon sage
1 3/4 teaspoons rosemary
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 1/4 cup chopped and cored golden delicious apples
3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon dried cranberries
1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1 1/4 cups cooked and finely chopped turkey liver (optional)
3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon turkey stock
1/4 cup + 2 teaspoons melted unsalted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread bread cubes in single layer on baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes. Transfer cubes to large bowl. In a large skillet, cook the sausage and onions over medium heat until browned. Add celery, sage, rosemary, thyme and cook and stir for 2 minutes. Pour sausage mixture over toasted bread. Mix in apples, cranberries, parsley and liver. Drizzle with stock and melted butter and mix. Spoon into turkey to loosely fill (or pour into casserole dish and bake).
