1 can hominy drained
1 can corn drained
2 cans pinto or kidney beans w/juice
2 cans stewed tomatoes w/juice
1 package Ranch dip mix
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 lb hamburger or ground turkey
chopped celery (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain. Put all other ingredients in big pot. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. I add extra water and tomato sauce and 1/2 package more of taco seasoning mix to make more. You can use 1 can of Rotel instead of 1 can of stewed tomato for a little spice.

Serve with grated cheese on top and tortilla chips. Very tasty!
