Hamburger Balls:
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 egg - slightly beaten
2-4 tablespoons minced onion
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
dab of ketchup

Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups strained tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup grated velvetta cheese
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Hamburger Balls:
Form hamburger, egg, onion, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper into 1 inch in diameter balls. Brown in hot fat and set aside.

Sauce:
Melt butter and stir in flour. Add tomatoes and stir until thickened. Add 1/8 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, mustard, cheese, worcestershire sauce and sugar. Stir until cheese melts. Pour over meat balls. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Cook spaghetti; drain. Pour meat balls and sauce over. Enjoy!
