Ingredients:  
1 can of Cream of Celery Soap
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. gelatin
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup minced scallions
3 stalks of chopped celery
2 cans of shrimp rinsed ( used fresh chopped shrimp)
1/8 cup ketchup or cocktail sauce (for color)
herbs to taste (pepper, dill, garlic)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat soup on medium heat & dissolve gelatin, then add cream cheese, & stir until melted. Take of heat & add remaining ingredients. Pour into slightly oiled mold (I use a fish mold with a olive for an eye) & refrigerate till jelled. Unmold on to a platter garnished with fresh dill & serve with Carr's crackers.

Fran & I would make this at our apartment in New York when we entertained way back in the 1970's. Boy, do I miss our days together. We sure had a lot of fun times.
