Cake:
1 cup margarine
1/3 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups pecans
9 oz. jar marshmallow cream

Frosting:
1/3 cup milk
1/2 stick margarine
1/3 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine and cocoa in pan. Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour and pecans. Add cocoa mixture to this and mix well. Pour into greased 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spread marshmallow cream on cake while warm. Cool and then frost.

Frosting:
Heat milk, margarine and cocoa. Add vanilla. Mix in powdered sugar and then frost.
